Directions

 

If you have a complaint against Bob Fox Auto Sales, LLC, please read these directions carefully.  Following these directions will save you time and allow us to better process your complaint.

 

I.  Summary of Information to Provide the Attorney General's Office

 

All consumers with complaints against Bob Fox Auto Sales, LLC should:

  • First, carefully review the Assurance of Discontinuance posted on the website www.michigan.gov/ag; or call the Attorney General at 1-877-765-8388 to obtain a copy.

  • Submit your complaint to the Attorney General.  Complaints must be submitted by September 18, 2006. (Consumer complaints received before the entry of the Assurance will be mailed to Respondents by the Attorney General).

  • With your complaint, submit copies (not your originals) of any documents pertaining to your transaction.  The Attorney General will mail your complaint to Bob Fox Auto Sales, LLC.

Since every consumer's situation is different, you may wish to seek the advice of your attorney before making a final decision.  (While the Attorney General's office may be able to help resolve consumer complaints, the Attorney General is not able to provide specific legal advice to individual consumers.)

 

II.  After You Submit Your Complaint to the Attorney General

  • The Attorney General will mail your complaint to Respondents.

  • Upon receipt of your complaint, Respondents have ten days to provide you by mail or personal delivery with the Consumers' Election Form - a three page form.

  • Within 30 days of your receipt of the Consumers' Election Form, you must complete and return the Election Form to Bob Fox Auto Sales, LLC.

  • Refunds will be made to you in accordance with the Refund type you selected.  See the Assurance for further information.
