Mission Statement

Human Resources serve the MDOC by focusing efforts on the Department's most valuable asset, its employees.  Human Resources do this through recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.  Human Resource provides personnel services, technical assistance, training, equal employment opportunity and labor relations services to the Department.
