*The only brands of copper sulfate registered for use in treating swimmer's itch are Triangle Brand Copper Sulfate Crystal , manufactured by Phelps Dodge Refining Corporation (EPA Reg. No. 1278.8) and Copper Sulfate Crystals manufactured by Chem One Ltd. (EPA Reg.
