Administrative Fines

The DEQ may impose administrative fines on suppliers of water that fail to meet monitoring and reporting requirements or that fail to comply with state drinking water standards under Section 7 of the Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act, 1976 PA 399, MCL 325.1007.  The following policies direct DEQ staff on how to implement this provison of the statute.
