Child Death Review Teams

In cooperation, the Department of Community Health and the Department of Human Services established Child Death Review Teams in all 83 counties. Their goal is to improve understanding of how and why children die, to demonstrate the need for and to influence policies and programs to improve child health, safety and protection and to prevent other child deaths.
