Freedom of Information Requests (FOIA)



Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for Bureau of Construction Codes documents should be submitted in writing directly to the Bureau of Construction Codes, c/o FOIA Coordinator. Requests can be mailed to P.O. Box 30254, Lansing, MI 48909, e-mailed to bccfoia@michigan.gov or faxed to 517-373-8547.
