The Webcast will be held  November 6, 2008 , from 9:00-10:30 AM , and is designed for both new and returning consultants who whish to participate in the 2009 Rebuild Michigan Program.  The focus will be a basic overview of Rebuild Michigan, information on how you can participate, a review of the TEA program guidelines, as well as program news and important program changes for the upcoming year.
