Poacher's Beware: Hunters are Watching
Violations of turkey hunting regulations, including application violations, are misdemeanors.
Misdemeanors may be punishable by 5 to 90 days imprisonment. and $200 to $1,000 fines, and license revocation for up to three years. Reimbursement to the state for unlawful taking of wild turkey is $1,000 per animal.  You can report all poaching by calling 800-292-7800.
