 BARRY TOWNSHIP, PORTION, LOCAL CONTROLS - R317.108.1 - Hunting prohibited.

1. Hunting with, or the discharge of, a firearm is unlawful on the Delton W. K. Kellogg school property, located in sections 5 and 6, T1N, R9W, Barry township, Barry county.

History: Eff. February 3, 1977

 PRAIRIEVILLE TOWNSHIP; SHELP LAKE - R317.108.2 - Hunting prohibited.

2. Hunting with, or the discharge of, a firearm is unlawful on or over the waters of Shelp lake, located in

section 4, T1N, R10W, Prairieville township, Barry county.
