The term Governmental Agencies encompasses "other" State of Michigan Departments; federal agencies, counties, townships, municipalities, and school districts.

• Alternate Conservation Owners
Are qualified land conservation organizations and any other organization whose mission is the conservation of land or natural resources; or provision of public outdoor recreation.

• General Public
Parcels available through Exchange, Auction Sale and Direct Sale to the General Public.
