• More and More Women are Becoming an Outdoors-Woman

More and more women are learning about and enjoying hunting, fishing, backpacking, shooting sports, canoeing and many more outdoor recreational activities. You can learn the outdoor skills that are necessary to enjoy these activities, too! Beginners are our specialty. Becoming an Outdoors-Woman programs offer a mix of outdoor skills over a three-day format. Designed for the novice, all equipment is provided. Beyond BOW programs focus on one particular outdoor skill. Level of experience is dependant on the program. Formats and length vary.

Women's Beginning Kayaking Workshop 
Learn to paddle with adventurous, like-minded women who share your love of the out-of-doors during this two-day workshop in northern Michigan.

Women's Beginning Shotgun Workshop 
The Capital Area Sportsmen's Club in Lansing is the site of this one-day workshop, which is limited to 12 women. Snacks and lunch included.

Women's Beyond BOW Salmon Fishing Workshop 
Here's a great opportunity to go Lake Michigan salmon fishing with eight other women. The action begins at the Fairport Marina, located in the Upper Peninsula.

Women's Beyond BOW Fly Fishing for Salmon
