TWO DIRECT NONMETALLIC SAND AND GRAVEL LEASES - DEVELOPMENT: Nonmetallic sand and gravel lease rights to 240 acres, more or less, of state-owned mineral rights, located in Section 35, T45N, R19W, Munising Township, Alger County, and Section 10, T43N, R18W, Garden Township, Delta County, have been requested by the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, of Escanaba, Michigan. SALE OF MINERAL AND ALLIED RIGHTS (MPA 917) : Conveyance of state-owned ingress and egress to watercourses and mineral rights to SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 24, T33N, R08W, Marion Township, Charlevoix County, containing 40.00 acres, more or less, has been requested by Dana Dvoracek and Kathleen G. Dvoracek, of Charlevoix, Michigan. The applicant has paid the appropriate fee ($300.00) for the proposed deed. A Department of Natural Resources and Environment geologist determined the mineral rights, except sand and gravel rights, are valued at $25.00 per acre and payment of $1,000.00 has been received, accordingly.
