DIRECT OIL AND GAS LEASE - NONDEVELOPMENT: Oil and gas lease rights to 0.93 acre, more or less, of Department of Natural Resources state-owned mineral rights located in the NE1/4, Section 17, T30N, R05E, Green Township, Alpena County, have been requested by Terra Energy Company LLC, of Gaylord, Michigan. DIRECT OIL AND GAS LEASE - NONDEVELOPMENT: Oil and gas lease rights to 0.29 acre, more or less, of Department of Natural Resources state-owned mineral rights located in the NW1/4, Section 17, T30N, R05E, Green Township, Alpena County, have been requested by Terra Energy Company LLC, of Gaylord, Michigan. UPDATED NONMETALLIC MINERAL LIMESTONE/DOLOMITE LEASE: Updated nonmetallic mineral limestone/dolomite lease for state-owned lands. Contact: Thomas Wellman, Section Manager, 517-335-3251. Decision-maker: DNR Director.

PROPOSED OIL AND GAS LEASE AUCTION: Approximately 123,000 acres of state-owned oil and gas rights located in 21 counties are proposed to be offered for lease at an oral auction on October 27, 2011. The proposed location is the Michigan Constitution Hall at 525 West Allegan Street, Lansing. Standard lease includes a five-year primary term with two one-year extension options, 1/6 royalty rate, initial $13.00 per acre minimum bonus consideration (including a $3.00 per acre audit fee) and $2.00 per acre annual rental for the primary term. PROPOSED FEES ASSOCIATED WITH OIL AND GAS LEASE CLASSIFICATION REVIEWS AND OIL AND GAS LEASE CLASSIFICATION AMENDMENT REQUESTS: The Department of Natural Resources will present its proposed fees, to be required with requests for oil and gas lease classification reviews and oil and gas lease classification amendments, to the Natural Resources Commission for action on September 15, 2011. SALE OF MINERAL AND ALLIED RIGHTS (MPA 939) : Conveyance of state-owned ingress and egress to watercourses, aboriginal antiquities, and mineral rights to subdivision lots in Robinson's Fair Ground Addition and Eaton's Addition, city of Grand Rapids, Kent County, have been requested by Jill Colthorp, with Kuiper Orlebeke PC, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, on behalf of Hall Street Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
