I believe in the spirit of leadership and the power of the individual. A good leader should possess two qualities; An awareness of their own heart (or a sense of purpose) and a passion for the truth. Leaders combine vision and reality to see what is, in all of its beauty or ugliness, without embellishments or bias. They want to be better – more honest, loving, courageous, effectively compassionate, strong, AND they are able to be honest about themselves - about their goodness, but also their warts, neuroses and unintended ways of offending.
