Public Utility

How do I file a complaint about a public utility?

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC), under the Department of Labor and Economic Growth, is committed to enhancing community life through the assurance of safe and reliable energy, telecommunications, and transportation services at fair prices. If you have an issue concerning these services, and have already contacted the provider, please visit the Consumer Complaints website of the MPSC. This site provides links to publications aimed at helping consumers better understand the issues related to their concerns. The site also has instructions for filing online complaints as well as information to contact the office through phone and U.S. Mail.
