Yes, the Governor does recognize the retirement of public service employees. These may include military personnel, city, county, state or federal employees, and teachers. If you would like to request recognition from the Governor please provide all required information on the Public Service Retirement Recognition request form. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your request to be fulfilled.
