Michigan Career and Technical Institute to Graduate 141 Students

February 12, 2010 - The Michigan Career and Technical Institute (MCTI) in Barry County will be graduating 141 students from throughout the state on Saturday, February 13, 2010.  Operated by Michigan Rehabilitation Services within the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth, MCTI provides vocational training in 13 different career areas for adults with disabilities.
