Retailer Information

The Lottery is currently undergoing a conversion of terminals and the network that connects the terminals to the Lottery. The new system utilizes new technology including satellite communications network and touch-screen terminals. This conversion is estimated to be completed by early next year.

If you have any questions or would like more information on the conversion please contact Retailer Services at 517-335-5619.

You will find instructions on becoming a lottery retailer as well as ideas and tools that will benefit your business and enable you to efficiently and accurately monitor your lottery inventory.
