Odds are just 1 in 100,000 that a player will become one of six new millionaires in the most $1,000,000 prizes ever awarded in a Michigan Lottery game!

• Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased 7 days a week at any online or Club Keno retailer
• Tickets will be printed in numerical order as issued
• No additional tickets will be available for purchase when all 600,000 tickets are sold
• Tickets will be easy picks only; players cannot pick their own numbers
• Tickets cannot be cancelled and multi-draw wagers are not available
• Ticket sales will end no later than 1:59 a.m. on the day of the drawing
• There will be only one drawing on or after January 6, 2010
• Player must match their numbers in exact order to those drawn by the Lottery
• Players must have their original Millionaire Raffle ticket to claim their prize
• Prizes must be claimed within one year of draw date
• Winning numbers will be posted on Lottery's Web site at www.michigan.gov/lotteryat approximately noon and all Michigan Lottery offices
• $100 and $500 prizes may be claimed at any Michigan Lottery retailer, office or licensed claim center
• $1,000,000 and $100,000 prize winners must call the Lottery's Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to claim their prize

* The $1,000,000 prize winners will receive their prize payments over a 20-year period unless, within 60 days from the date they claim their prize, they request the Cash Option method of payment.

Bonus Drawings

Players will also have the chance to enter for a chance to win one of eight second chance Millionaire Raffle Bonus Drawings.

• To enter, players purchase one or more Millionaire Raffle game tickets. Tickets may then be entered to win one of eight second chance drawings in addition to the regular prizes awarded in the main Millionaire Raffle game.
• Players must be members of the Michigan Lottery's VIP Club to submit entries for the second chance drawings.
• To enter the second chance drawings, players must submit their Michigan Lottery Millionaire Raffle ticket(s) online at the Millionaire Raffle Bonus Drawings promotional website.  All entries must be submitted online.  One Millionaire Raffle ticket shall constitute a single entry.
• Eight second chance Millionaire Raffle Bonus Drawings will be held according to the following schedule.  Entries must be received by midnight Eastern Time on the night of the entry deadline in order to qualify for the corresponding drawing.  Once a qualified entry is submitted it will be eligible for all subsequent Millionaire Raffle Bonus Drawings during this promotion.
• Millionaire Raffle tickets may be available and continue to be sold after the entry deadline of the final Bonus Drawing.
• A total of eight prizes of $25,000, one in each of the eight drawings listed above, will be awarded during the promotion.
• Alternate entries will be drawn, and if necessary, will be substituted for disqualified entries in accordance with the official game rules and procedures.
• All qualified entries submitted in each of the eight drawings will have an equal chance of winning the prize for that drawing. The odds of winning the $25,000 prize depends on the number of entries received for each drawing.
• Players need not be present to win. The Michigan Lottery will attempt to notify each prize winner by telephone or certified mail within five business days of the drawing. If all attempts to locate a prize winner fail, an alternate will be selected in accordance with the Lottery's established procedures.
• Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase of the winning Millionaire Raffle Bonus Drawings entry by submitting the original Millionaire Raffle tickets to a Michigan Lottery claim center. The Michigan Lottery will provide the Bonus Drawing winners with a certified copy of the original Millionaire Raffle ticket for use in the regular Millionaire Raffle drawing.
• All entrants must be at least 18 years old.
• Limit one prize per person.
