Aging Services Policy and Procedures

The Office of Services to the Aging produces operating standards for services and programs funded in connection with the Older Americans Act and Older Michiganians Act. These standards define the scope and quality of service, and which service and program recipients can reasonably expect from any provider funded through the aging network.
