LANSING - U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Dennis F. Hightower and Lieutenant Governor John D. Cherry, Jr. will kick off Michigan's Census efforts on Monday, November 9, 2009, at an event in Detroit.  They will discuss the importance of the Census and unveil the Michigan Census logo and Web site.
