Walsh, Macomb Community College to Offer Joint MBA Program

It is another step toward enacting Cherry Commission recommendations designed to increase the number of Michigan college graduates, "which in turn will create more economic opportunities for both our areas' residents and businesses," Lorenzo said.  Gov. Jennifer Granholm created the Cherry Commission, officially known as the Commission on Higher Education and Economic Growth, to develop a plan t double the number of state residents who obtain college degrees and other valuable credentials.
