| Reminder Regarding Mutual Aid Agreements |
|
Public Act 310 of 2000 requires that formal Mutual Aid Agreements involving Michigan law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies in adjacent states be filed with the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES). Agencies wishing to file their agreements with MCOLES may forward them to the address below.
