LERC forms can be filled out and printed from your computer while on line.  Once you have completed a form, it can be printed and faxed to 517-322-5611 or sent by U.S. Mail to the address listed on the form.  You can navigate through a form by using the TAB key.  When printing a form, you must use the printer icon located on the Adobe toolbar.  You can also save the Adobe form to the hard drive on your computer where it can be filled in and printed from your computer.
