How does my agency become an authorized Network user?

MCOLES Network Logo

A - The MCOLES Network is a highly secure system that will restrict access and deny unauthorized use. For an agency to become an authorized user on the Network, a User Agency Agreement PDF icon must be submitted to MCOLES. Persons within an organization who perform business transactions with MCOLES must be identified. These individuals will need to be authorized by the agency head to conduct MCOLES Network operations. This will be accomplished through a Network Operator Agreement PDF icon which can be printed from the MCOLES Web site. All agreements can be faxed to MCOLES at 517-316-0824. All designated operators for a law enforcement agency will need to register and attend a Network training session.  Class dates are published on the MCOLES Web site and an electronic form is provided to register.
