This Month's Select Michigan Tastings: Michigan Potatoes

The purpose of the Select Michigan program is to increase awareness and purchases of Michigan locally grown food products, and to increase marketing opportunities for those products. The tasting events listed on this page are just one example of how the Select Michigan program helps further the farm-to-table promotional efforts of the Michigan Department of Agriculture. See below for current promotional events on Michigan products.

Born in Adelaide, South Australia, Chef Paul developed a taste for great food at a young age. His travels have taken him to many countries around the world during the last 25+ years, and his curiosity for sampling exotic new foods and cuisine has educated him well in international cuisine. Chef Paul is a Certified Personal Chef and provides custom food services, in-home cooking classes and cooking parties.
