Michigan's Opportunities for
Veteran Employment

(800) 455-5228

Our Mission: To develop and promote an intensified labor exchange system focused on identifying and recruiting veterans separating to Michigan for employment opportunities that match their qualifications and career interests and simultaneously meet the staffing needs of the business community in our state.

Whether you choose to stay for one enlistment or retire from the Armed Forces, you should be aware that the State of Michigan has programs to assist you with your transition back to civilian life because of your veteran status.

Project MOVE (Michigan's Opportunities for Veteran Employment) is part of the Bureau of Workforce Transformation, Department of Labor & Economic Growth.  Since we are also veterans, we understand what you will be facing when you return home.  We want to make your return to civilian life as smooth and productive as possible.  If you have any questions, please contact the Project MOVE staff at (800) 455-5228 or via e-mail.
