For example, if you'd like a Commission Member to be a speaker at a local event or would like us to consider adopting a resolution for an individual, organization or event, simply fill out the appropriate form (in whatever format works best for you) and submit it to us. If you wish to include additional information, such as a speaker's bio or a brochure with pertinent information, include it with your request form submission and we will be glad to review it as well.
