Be protected, be wise, be safe, be proactive, be carefree, be you.

Be protected with Benefits for Life.

Benefits for Life Optional Coverage Program

Benefits for Life, the employee-paid, optional coverage program offered through the State of Michigan is designed to help you be safe, be protected and be prepared.

The program offers you the opportunity to apply for coverage in key benefit areas and continue that coverage should you change jobs or retire..
Benefits for Life Enrollment. April 23 through May 31, 2007. Click here for details.

The Benefits for Life offerings do not replace your State-sponsored benefit plans. Instead, the program offers additional financial protection with premiums payable through the convenience of payroll deduction. Because the plans are voluntary, you can customize your coverage by choosing from a range of plans that offer a combination of benefits and features that can help meet your personal and family insurance needs..
