Attention:
- Note: ADP has changed their Dependent Care Spending Account Claim Form. Old forms will not be accepted after August 31, 2008.
- Dependent Care Spending Account Claims: Please do not include your daycare provider's Social Security or Tax Identification Number to ADP on the Dependent Care Spending Account Claim Form. Your claim will be processed by ADP without this information.
- The IRS has increased the mileage rate for the Health Care Spending account to $0.27 per mile beginning July 1, 2008.
