Casandra E. Ulbrich, D-Rochester Hills, Term Expires 1/1/15.
Ms. Ulbrich is employed as Senior Director of Development at Wayne State University.  She has been a small business owner and a Congressional Press Secretary.  She is a member of the Walter P. Reuther Library Advisory Board, and is on the Board of Directors of the University of Michigan Alumni Club of Greater Detroit.  She is a Ph.D. candidate at Wayne State University.  She holds an M.A. from Wayne State University, a B.A. from University of Michigan, and an A.A. from St. Clair County Community College.  ulbrichc@michigan.gov
