FAQ
  Construction Permits
How do I submit an Advanced Notice in CPS?

Answer:
Once you have an issued permit, you are required to submit an Advance Notice 5-21 days prior to beginning the activity. To create an Advance Notice, you must select the permit number from Permits/Advance Notices in My Applications/Permits. You will then see Advance Notices in the left hand navigation bar.

See Chapter 12 of the CPS Permit Applicant Guide which can be found on the Construction permits website (http://www.michigan.gov/mdot/0,1607,7-151-9623_26662_26679_27267_48606-182161--,00.html) or in the CPS Help link on the top of the screen in CPS.
