The Office of Scholarships and Grants (OSG) has established the average community college tuition rate to be used by private colleges for TIP. The new rate is $84.00 for the 2008-09 academic year. This information is also reflected in the updated Tuition Incentive Program Fact Sheet PDF Icon.
