Emergency Preparedness in Michigan
The Michigan Public Service Commission is responsible for emergency preparedness as it related to the states energy supply and telecommunication services. The Chairman of the MPSC serves as the Chair of the Energy Advisory Committee established under the states' energy emergency act to advise the Governor of an impending energy emergency.
