The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved settlement agreements for six electric utilities, authorizing their 2008 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factors.
In Case No. U-15402, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.00379 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in 2008.
In Case No. U-15408, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Ontonagon County Rural Electrification Association, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.00730 per kWh in 2008.
In Case No. U-15409, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Thumb Electric Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.00521 per kWh in 2008.
In Case No. U-15410, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Cherryland Electric Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.01603 per kWh in 2008.
In Case No. U-15411, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Great Lakes Energy Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.01029 per kWh in 2008.
In Case No. U-15413, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Homeworks Tri-County Electric Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.01393 per kWh.
