Neighborhood Preservation Initiative Challenge Grants, NOFA, July 1, 2008
The Office of Community Development (OCD) is providing up to $1 million for Neighborhood Preservation Initiative Challenge Grants. Eligible applicants include current or previous OCD grantees who received funding for targeted housing initiatives. Applicants may request up to $60,000 to sustain innovative, locally-driven revitalization initiatives in neighborhoods and communities where the OCD is making or has recently made a substantial investment in housing development.
