Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Carryover Forms:
The forms in this section are intended for use with projects that have received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and are ready to submit their 10% Carryover Certification. If there are questions regarding the forms listed below, please contact Carol Thompson at (517) 335-7944.

10% Certification Application
The deadline for the 10% Certification depends on the date the Carryover Allocation Agreement is issued. If the Carryover is dated prior to July 1 of the current year, the 10% Certificaiton is due on December 1 of the current year. If the Carryover is dated on or after July 1 of the current year, the 10% Certification is due six months from the date of the Carryover.
