Printer Friendly    Text Version  Email Page > View index of News Releases   2006   September 29 MICHIGAN HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF MONTHLY MEDIA RESOURCE TOOL TO KEEP PUBLIC INFORMED LANSING - The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) today announced the release of Focuses On Housing, a media resource tool that will be distributed monthly on its Web site. 26 MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES $4.1 MILLION LOAN FOR ELDERLY HOUSING IN JACKSON COUNTY JACKSON - The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) announced that a new 80-unit cottage style rental development for low to moderate-income elderly residents will be built in Blackman Township with the help of a $4,101,908 mortgage loan. 07 MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PRESENTS SNOWBERRY HEIGHTS SENIOR BUILDING IN MARQUETTE WITH $8.6 MILLION IN PRESERVATION FUNDING MARQUETTE - Michael DeVos, Executive Director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) presented a check today at ground breaking ceremonies in the amount of $8,586,916 to several partners who are involved in a limited partnership which was created to preserve and rehabilitate Snowberry Heights, a senior building located in the City of Marquette.
