MSI policy includes FREE DELIVERY when the delivery meets the following criteria:

• Order totals more than $100.
• Delivery is within the State of Michigan.
• Delivery is via MSI trucks.
• Delivery is drop shipped to a loading dock or secured area 50 feet from the delivery entrance of the customer's "ship to" address.
• All items are in one delivered trip. 

Delivery does not include removal of packing material.

Orders totaling $100 or less, and shipped within the State of Michigan will receive a shipping fee of $5.00 .  Orders shipped out-of-state will be assessed shipping charges via a common carrier.  

Inside delivery  and installation services MUST be requested on original order and the "Important Delivery Information" (see Special Delivery Notes) must be provided.
