Charge: $60.00 per civilian staff labor hour. Charges are calculated in 15 minute increments with a $15.00 minimum charge.

Installation refers to the delivery, placement and assembly of MSI furniture products to a customer's "ship to" address.

Installation includes:

• Placement of the product(s) in a designated area(s), office(s), or room(s) located within the "ship to" address.
  
  
• The assembly and/or leveling of furniture.
  
  
• Verification that all products are in working condition.
  
  
• Removal of all packaging materials.
  
  
• Showing contact person the basic operation of furniture products, when applicable.
