MSI delivery and installation personnel are not authorized to move or remove existing furniture, rearrange existing furniture settings, or perform other work not related to the delivery of items on the order.
MSI personnel will not install furniture products that require fastening to walls, floors, etc.
Requests for inside delivery or installation MUST be included on the original order.
When ordering inside delivery or installation service, please include the following Important Delivery Information.
Important Delivery Information
Include the following information when requesting "inside delivery" or "installation services":

Preferred estimated
delivery time
: AM (between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM) or PM (between 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM). Alternate delivery times may be arranged for an additional charge.
NOTE: Delivery time changes may be experienced due to scheduling considerations or unforseen delivery situations.

Location
of the office, room, or area located in the "ship to " location. Include floor and general location on floor. (Ex: 7th floor, northeast corner, section 23, Terry Nixon's office)

If an
elevator
is needed and available, please indicate the depth, width and height of the available elevator.

If
stairs
are the only access, please indicate the stair width and any additional encumberances in stairwell.

Indicate the
widths
of hallways and doors.

Indicate any available
equipment
(i.e. forklifts, dollies, etc.) that may be used.

Include any
other information
that will assist the delivery/installation staff.
Providing this important information will help to ensure efficient scheduling of appropriate equipment and personnel.
