The Technical Services Unit provides technical support to gather information and evidence for law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Michigan. The unit also provides law enforcement with training and instruction in specialized investigative techniques, such as the use of disguises, electronic equipment operation, and technical evidence gathering and preservation.
