The incidents that were entered into the NetRMS system have been converted back into the AICS format.  The reference guide below will assist agencies during this conversion process if they are experiencing issues.

LEOKA Reporting
Starting in 2008, all Law Enforcement Agencies using AICS will be required to complete the following LEOKA form to submit their law enforcement officers killed or assaulted information to the state.

The LEOKA form is to be completed and submitted to the AICS/RMS unit via e-mail at AICSMAIL@michigan.gov or fax to 517-322-6326 prior to the 10th of every month following the reporting period.

For example: any assaults and/or deaths that occur to an officer in January of 2008, must be reported by the 10th of February. February assaults and/or deaths, must be submitted by the 10th of March, etc.
