To help us enhance next year's Summit, we encourage you to complete the post conference evaluation to provide us with your feedback and comments. Please complete the evaluation by Friday, October 30, 2009.
The evaluation is powered by an independent software provider, VoVici, which separates evaluation responses from the participant information (name and e-mail) ensuring all responses are submitted anonymously. Participant information will be used to disseminate training certificates.

Training Certificate
To receive your 2009 Summit training certificate, please complete the conference evaluation and provide your name and e-mail address to facilitate electronic delivery of the certificate.
Summit training certificates will be distributed to the e-mail address provided in the conference evaluation following the completion deadline on October 30.
