The recently enacted Michigan Public Act 165 of 2007 transerred the responsibility of the ETSC dispacther Training Fund Courses Approval process from MCOLES to the Emergency Telephone Service Commission (ETSC). (MCL 484.1408[4][c]). This system will be administered through the State 9-1-1 Office - Gina Rosendall at (517) 336-3438 or rosendag@michigan.gov.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have MCOLES licensed officers attending the training, you are still required to apply for a separate approval through MCOLES for credit to their training record and MCOLES funding.
