Criminal Law and Procedure Manual

The Criminal Law and Procedure manual is published annually by the Michigan State Police Training Division in cooperation with the Executive Division.  Copies of the manual can be purchased by calling the Training Division at (517) 322-1200.

Supplements

The manual is supplemented as needed.  Supplements include new cases and statutes that affect the application of the information provided in the manual.  Below are links to supplements for each edition.  Each new edition incorporates the supplements from previous editions.
