The Michigan Regional Skills Alliances (MiRSA) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) to add new MiRSA's to the existing 34, and expand existing MiRSAs that currently cover 8 industry sectors. Attached are the documents necessary to submit a 2008 MiRSA Request for Proposal (RFP).

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday March 13, 2008.

There will be a Pre-Bid Workshop Webinar held on Thursday, February 14, 2008, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Details and instructions for the Webinar will be posted on this page in the next few days.
