What organization information is required on UCC1 and UCC3 financing statements?

Answer:

For UCC1 initial financing statements with an organization as debtor, items #1e, #1f and #1g must be completed with debtor organization type, jurisdiction and organization identification number, respectively.  If any of the items #1e, #1f or #1g is not completed, the financing statement will be returned to the customer.  If an organization does not have an organization identification number, the check box designated "NONE" in item #1g may be marked.
