Complete a UCC11 Information Request. If the search request is received by 11:00 a.m., results are mailed or available for pickup the same business day after 3:00 p.m. Search requests received after 11:00 a.m. are processed and mailed or available for pickup the next business day after 3:00 p.m. There is a $25 expeditious service fee per debtor name. All other fees apply. Customers without billing accounts must prepay base search and base expedited fees. A customer with a state billing account in good standing can fax requests for expedited search service. The fax number is (517) 322-5434. The state billing account number must be included on your fax request. UCC account customers are billed monthly for the total number of searches requested.
