Yes. If you wish to make payment by phone contact the Collection Division at (517) 636-5265 to make the arrangements. Please have your financial information available; this includes your financial institution's nine digit routing number (this can be found in the bottom left corner of your personal checks) and your checking or savings account number. The Collection division is the only area that is able to arrange payments over the phone. No payment arrangements can be made by calling 1-800-827-4000.
